How old do I have to be to drive a machine?
You must be 16 years of age or older with a valid drivers license. This does not apply to passengers.
What are the age requirements for renting and/or touring?
–Renting: You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a machine. There is no age limit for being a passenger when renting.
–Touring: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign our tour contract; however, a parent or guardian can sign on behalf of a minor under the age of 18. Children under 3 are not allowed on UTV (side by side) tours and children under 8 are not allowed on ATV (quad runner) tours.
Are there additional fees associated with renting and/or touring?
A security deposit is required for each rental depending on the machine rented. This can be done using cash or any major credit card. The deposit is simply an authorization to use the funds in the event that the machine is damaged. It is not a charge against the card. If the machine is returned without damage, the cash or receipt is given back to the customer. The security deposit does not apply to tours. However the renter is still responsible for any damage caused by careless or reckless operation of vehicles. Damage waivers may be purchased to limit the amount of responsibility of the renters. Reckless operation or jumping of machines will void the damage waivers.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Reservation cancellation policy requires a 48 hour notice or you will be billed 50% of rental price. Severe inclement weather can waive this policy.
What else is or is not included in the rental and/or tour?
–Rentals include the use of a helmet for all drivers and passengers. The machine is fueled and ready to go and needs to be returned fully fueled and clean for rentals (for us dusty and sandy is clean). Goggles and gloves can be rented for a nominal fee.
–Tours include helmets, goggles, gloves, bottled water, snacks, and of course, one of our professional tour guides to lead you through the riding area. We guarantee that with a guide you will learn, see and do more in four hours than in five hours by yourself! You are not responsible for re-fueling or cleaning the machine.
How many people are required to tour?
A minimum of two paying drivers are required for a tour (a driver and passenger may go if two driving positions are paid for), however an individual can tour but must pay the fee for two drivers. If a RZR’4 (four seater) is rented for the tour, all seats must be paid for. There are also upgrade charges for renting the 2 seat RZR’s, call us for the options and pricing.

How do I get my rented machine to the trail head?
We offer a variety of options to get your machine to the area you’ve chosen to ride:
1. Ride directly from the shop. It is legal to ride ATV’s or UTV’s in the town of Hurricane if you are going to the trailhead or returning to the shop. A variety of trails can be accessed directly from our shop. This method is very convenient and does not require trailering and loading/unloading the machine. This route utilizes seven miles of asphalt from our shop and takes approximately 15 minutes to access the trail head.
2. Trailer your rented machine using your vehicle. If you desire to access a riding area that is not accessible directly from our shop you can rent a trailer for an additional $15 and we will help you with the correct ball hitch and lighting hookup.
3. Delivery and pick up service. If you do not have the capability to haul your rented machine we also provide delivery and pick-up services to the trail head for an additional fee. With some trail heads only fifteen minutes away and others an hour away please check with us for the fee required.
What is the condition of your equipment?
We provide the newest machines offered in the industry and maintain them diligently. They are clean and in great condition. Our machines are not governed (limited to slower speeds).
