FAQ

How old do I have to be to drive a machine?

You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license.  This does not apply to passengers.

What are the age requirements for renting and/or touring?

-Renting: You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a machine, and 25 for a Jeep rental. There is no age limit for being a passenger when renting.

-Touring: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign our tour contract; however, a parent or guardian can sign on behalf of a minor under the age of 18. Children under 5 are not allowed on UTV (side by side) tours.

Are there additional fees associated with renting and/or touring?

A security deposit is required for each rental depending on the machine rented.  This can be done using cash or any major credit card.  The deposit is simply an authorization to use the funds in the event that the machine is damaged. It is not a charge against the card.  If the machine is returned without damage, the cash or receipt is given back to the customer.  The security deposit does not apply to tours. However the renter is still responsible for any damage caused by careless or reckless operation of vehicles. Damage waivers are included to limit the amount of responsibility of the renters. Reckless operation or jumping of machines will void the damage waivers.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Reservation cancellation policy requires a 48 hour notice or you will be billed 50% of rental price. Severe inclement weather can waive this policy.

What else is or is not included in the rental and/or tour?

-Rentals include the use of a helmet for all drivers and passengers. Goggles and gloves can be rented for a nominal fee. The machine is fueled when you take it and we cover fuel costs upon return. You do have to wash the rental if you get it muddy. We cover the wash for dust and sand removal only.

-Tours include helmets, goggles, gloves, bottled water, snacks, and of course, one of our professional tour guides to lead you through the riding area. We guarantee that with a guide you will learn, see and do more in three hours than in five hours by yourself! You are not responsible for re-fueling or cleaning the machine.
