Gooseberry Mesa/Little Creek Mountain:
Gooseberry Mesa and Little Creek Mountain are adjacent to one another and can be ridden together or separately depending on available time. These areas are located at approximately 5,000 to 5,800 feet of elevation and are cooler riding areas in the summer. Gooseberry Mesa has amazing views of Zion National Park, Smithsonian Butte, the Virgin River, and the surrounding valleys and plateaus. It also accesses a historical cemetery and buildings in the ghost town of Grafton where scenes from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were filmed. Little Creek Mountain accesses a plateau covered in Juniper trees and provides vast, breathtaking views of the Arizona Strip approximately 1,300 below.
